Refund policy

We want your experience with Lemon Park to be nothing short of delightful—and we know that sometimes plans change. 

Returns for Lemon Park Wallpaper

We accept returns on eligible wallpaper within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Because every Lemon Park wallpaper order is printed to order just for you, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, less the 25% restocking fee.

Wallpaper must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original condition to be eligible for return.

Returns for Lemon Park Wallpaper Murals

Our wallpaper murals are sold in a base set of 4 panels, with the option to purchase additional rolls if needed. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any panels included in the base set of 4.

If you have purchased additional rolls beyond the base set, those may be returned provided they are unopened and unused. All eligible returns must meet our standard return conditions.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on fabric by the yard. All orders are printed on demand, and we are unable to restock or resell returned fabric.

To help ensure you love your selection, we strongly encourage ordering a sample first. This allows you to see the color, scale, and texture in your space before committing to yardage.

Returns for Furniture
Each piece of our upholstered furniture is made just for you and is final sale—returns and exchanges are not accepted.

To help ensure you love your piece, we strongly encourage ordering a swatch of the fabric first. This allows you to see the color, scale, and texture of the fabric in your space before committing to the piece of furniture. Additionally, please review the tearsheet for dimensions and product information. Tearsheets are downloadable on each product page.

Email us at info@lemonpark.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll walk you through the process. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your return. Please allow our team at least 10 business days after receiving your return to process it.

Return Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. 

Gift Returns
If your paper was a gift, we’re happy to issue store credit so you can choose something that suits your space. Cash refunds are not available for gifted items.

Sale Items & Discount Codes
All sale items are final sale. If you used a discount code on a full-price item, your order still qualifies for return under this policy.

Order Changes & Cancellations
For wallpaper, murals, furniture orders - We print each order on demand. Changes or cancellations on orders must be made within 24 hours of ordering. After that, production begins and we’re unable to make changes. 

Please note: sample/swatch orders are typically processed and sent to production very quickly to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, sample orders cannot usually be changed or canceled once placed.

For throw pillows, drapery, tapestries, and fabric by the yard orders - Production begins immediately after an order is placed, so we do not accept order cancellations or changes on orders of throw pillows, curtains, tapestries, or fabric by the yard. If you decide you no longer want the item, you may return it once received, in accordance with this return policy.
