We want your experience with Lemon Park to be nothing short of delightful—and we know that sometimes plans change. 

Returns for Lemon Park Wallpaper
We accept returns initiated within 14 days of delivery for store credit, which you can use toward any future purchase. Because all wallpaper is printed to order, we don’t offer refunds.

Why Store Credit?
Each roll is printed just for you. We can’t resell or reuse returned wallpaper due to potential color variations and quality standards—but we can recycle it responsibly. Store credit allows you to reorder when you’re ready, while helping us reduce waste.

Returns for Lemon Park Wallpaper Murals

Our wallpaper murals are sold in a base set of 4 panels, with the option to purchase additional rolls if needed. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any panels included in the base set of 4.

If you have purchased additional rolls beyond the base set, those may be returned provided they are unopened and unused. All eligible returns must meet our standard return conditions.

Returns for Lemon Park Wrapping Paper, Wall Art, Throw Pillows, and Tapestries 
We accept returns initiated within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Conditions for all Returns
To qualify, returned items must meet all of the following:
  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • In original condition with all inserts and labels intact
We cannot accept returns for:
  • Opened rolls
  • Sale items
  • Wallpaper samples
  • Custom orders
  • Mural rolls within the base 4-roll set
  • Pillow inserts, if not returned with the cover, and vice versa

 

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@lemonpark.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll walk you through the process. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your return. Please allow our team at least 10 business days after receiving your return to process it.

Return Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. Please ship your return to the following address:

Gift Returns
If your paper was a gift, we’re happy to issue store credit so you can choose something that suits your space. Cash refunds are not available for gifted items.

Sale Items & Discount Codes
All sale items are final sale. If you used a discount code on a full-price item, your order still qualifies for return under this policy.

Order Changes & Cancellations
For wallpaper, murals, wall art, and tapestry orders - We print each order on demand. Changes or cancellations on orders must be made within 24 hours of ordering. After that, production begins and we’re unable to make changes. If your order qualifies, you’re still welcome to return it for store credit.

Please note: sample orders are typically processed and sent to production very quickly to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, sample orders cannot usually be changed or canceled once placed.

For wrapping paper & throw pillow orders - Production begins immediately after an order is placed, so we do not accept order cancellations or changes on orders of wrapping paper or throw pillows. If you decide you no longer want the item, you may return it once received, in accordance with this return policy.
